Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They do jobs like keeping a page working as you move through it, or helping the site owner understand which pages people find useful. Almost every website uses them.

This policy explains which cookies we use, what each one is for, and how you can control them.

The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept cookies beyond the ones the site needs to function. Nothing optional is switched on before you answer, and nothing is assumed from you carrying on browsing.

You can change your answer at any time. Select Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to reopen the panel and turn categories on or off. Your choice is remembered for a year.

If you reject non-essential cookies, our analytics and advertising tools either do not load at all or run without storing anything that identifies you.

Strictly necessary

Always on, and cannot be switched off. These make the site work, for example remembering your cookie choice so we do not ask again, and letting you send an enquiry through a form.

Analytics

Helps us see which pages people find useful and where they get stuck, so we can improve the site. Off until you accept.

Advertising

Lets us measure whether an advert led to an enquiry, and show our ads to people who have visited the site. Off until you accept.

Functional

Remembers choices you make, so you do not have to repeat them. Off until you accept.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, how long they stay and which site sent them to us. We look at it in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify anyone.

Until you accept analytics cookies, the Google tag runs in consent mode: it can count a visit, but it sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. Accepting switches on its normal measurement.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity shows us anonymised recordings of how people move through a page, which helps us find layouts that confuse people. It is not loaded at all unless you accept analytics cookies.

Meta (Facebook) pixel

The Meta pixel tells us whether someone who saw one of our adverts went on to enquire, and lets us show our adverts to people who have already visited the site. It is not loaded at all unless you accept advertising cookies, so if you decline, your browser never contacts Meta.

If you would like to control how Meta uses your information more broadly, you can do that in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and your browser's help pages explain how. Blocking all cookies affects this and most other websites, so some things may stop working as you expect.

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date below is when it was last reviewed.
