Business Manager at Cara Glass
Simon Futcher is the Business Manager at Cara Glass Ltd. Following a 25-year senior management career in retail with Sainsburys and Poundland, he joined Cara in October 2020 to help the MD out for a few days and has been here ever since. His role is to oversee the daily operations of the business and deliver the long-term strategy of Cara Glass - ensuring the customer is always at the forefront of all that goes on. When he’s not in the office trying to find the next big tech thing you will normally find him at home with his wife and young family, or at Salisbury Football Club where he is a passionate and avid supporter. He also spends time relaxing playing one of the very many boardgames he owns (and don’t ever say Monopoly or Cluedo as a boardgame).
