03 - Quote Produced
After your consultation, we provide a clear, detailed quotation outlining product specifications, installation costs and estimated timelines. No hidden extras. Just transparent pricing so you can make an informed decision about your double glazing project.
04 - Will You Need Finance? (3 ways to Pay)
We offer flexible ways to pay, including finance options subject to status. Whether you prefer to pay upfront, use staged payments or spread the cost monthly, we’ll explain everything clearly so you can choose what suits you best.
05 - Sales Agreement & Approx Install
Once you’re happy to proceed, we confirm your order in a straightforward sales agreement. This includes agreed specifications, payment terms and an approximate installation timeframe, so you know exactly what happens next.
06 - Survey/Confirm Order
A detailed technical survey ensures precise measurements and confirms all product specifications before manufacturing begins. This step guarantees your new windows or doors are made to measure and fit perfectly.
07 - Products Ordered
After survey approval, your bespoke windows and doors are ordered and manufactured to your exact requirements. We keep you updated throughout production so you know when to expect installation.
08 - Book Installation
As soon as your products are ready, we contact you to arrange a confirmed installation date. We work around your availability and ensure you’re fully prepared for installation day.
09- Installation Day
Our professional installers arrive on time, protect your home and complete the fitting to high industry standards. Old products are removed safely, new windows or doors are installed carefully, and everything is cleaned before we leave.
10 - Payment
Payment is completed according to the agreed terms once installation is finished. If you’ve chosen finance, this will already be arranged. We provide all relevant documentation for your records.
11 - Aftercare
Our service continues after installation. You’ll receive product guarantees and ongoing support should you need it. We’re always here to help with advice, maintenance guidance or any future glazing requirements.
