From first calling them about a job to replace a broken window and a blown double glazing unit, to the work being completed was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable and the length of time taken to survey, order the glass and then fit it was only about three weeks. I obtained 5 quotes for a new Solid Conservatory roof and composite front door, Cara Glass were very competitive with their price and a Local Salisbury company which swayed us in their direction. Cara replaced our Front Door and old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new solid one within a week. The whole team that carried out the work were very professional and the workmanship was brilliant. The transformation of the room is amazing, making the conservatory into a proper living area. Cara Glass were great - we needed a replacement double glazing unit with a cat flap hole supplied and fitted, and they were only too happy to help. Quick, friendly and professional, we didn’t have to chase to find out what was going on as we were kept informed and their service was prompt - around three weeks between my initial contact and having the glass and cat flap fitted, rather than a few weeks just to get any kind of quote from some competitors we tried. We are so pleased with the work Cara Glass have done. Steve in particular paid such attention to the details and listened to the little asthetic things we wanted as well as just fitting the windows. The team took really good care of where they were working. Kept everything as clean as possible. We were particularly happy with the fact they were able to box in the two metal poles we have in each bay that looked so awful before but had to be kept due to the structure. Steve boxed them in with plastic trim and they look so smart now we couldn't be more pleased. Just wanted to take the time to say thank you. We've had some trouble with other tradespeople recently and it is so nice when you get what you pay for and more. Also the rest of the team were really helpful in helping us decide the formation of the windows etc. It took a little bit of time for us to decide everything but the team were really patient. Would definitely recommend Cara Glass to anyone wanting to get their windows/doors done. Great service at a great price.
